Dublin city won't see the usual big name concert this New Year's eve.
Instead the event has been changed with the focus on the Midnight Moment and fireworks display on the River Liffey to ring in 2023.
There will be a festival set up along the North and South Quays with hubs of live music, food units and bars according to the application for the outdoor licence.
While a New Year's Eve Matinée is planned with an earlier countdown and street performers for families at North Wall Quay.
