Over half of workers want more flexible jobs

Sick of the office commute every day?

You're not the only one...

More than half of workers would rather have a flexible or remote position than a pay rise.

A survey by Morgan McKinley has found that 59% of people would sooner have the opportunity to work from home more than earn more money.

The majority of those surveyed said they'd prefer to have just two days a week in the office.

Only 8% are happy to be in for five days.
