It's thought it'll cost Robert F. Smith 34 million euro.
He made the shock announcement at the all-male, historically black Moreton College in Atlanta, Georgia:
"On behalf of the eight generations of my family who have been in this country, we're 'gonna' put a little fuel in your bus.
My family is making a grant to eliminate their student loans."
