Ryan Tubridy is said to be 'shocked' after RTE halted its negotiations for the presenters' return to the airwaves.

Director General Kevin Bakhurst made the announcement last night, saying 'trust between the parties has broken down'.
However Mr. Bakhurst says the door is not shut forever.
The RTE board has given its backing to the DG's decision.
The Oireachtas Media Committee will meet in private next Tuesday to discuss the payments controversy and the second Grant Thornton report into what happened.
Committee member Senator Micheál Carrigy says they want a line drawn under it but questions need to be answered.
'We want to see this saga put behind us we need a strong public sector broadcast and we want to see RTE getting back on to a stronger footing but ultimately there's answers that haven't been answered. I'd love to see Jim Jennings come in, he hasn't come in before either meeting.'
