It's in a bid to stop animals ripping up rubbish bags on the capital's streets.

New heavy-duty "anti-seagull" rubbish bags are to be tested on Dublin city centre's streets.
It's the latest pilot aimed at stopping birds, rats and other animals from ripping through plastic bags left out by residents and businesses.
Instead, the waste can be put into the super-strong reusable sacks while they wait for collection.
Businesses and households, that don't have space for wheelie bins, will test out new "anti-gull" sacks.
It's been met with some criticism as the council tested out other methods earlier this year, which seem to have worked, according to some local businesses.
