Counting is continuing today.
Sinn Fein's set to become the largest political party in Northern Ireland.
Voters went to the polls on Thursday to elect 90 members of the assembly.
The Electoral Office said turnout was 54% an hour before the polling stations closed on Thursday, according to bbc.com.
Over two-thirds of seats in the Assembly have been declared.
It's the first time a nationalist party will be the biggest in government in the North.
It means Sinn Fein also gets to pick the First Minister.
That looks like it'll be the party's vice president Michelle O'Neill, who says today represents a 'moment of change'.
Absolutely delighted to have been re-elected, along with my two friends Linda Dillon and Emma Sheerin.
Thank you so much to everyone who has voted Sinn Féin.

"Today ushers in a new era, which I believe presents us all with an opportunity to reimagine relationships in this society, on the basis of fairness, equality and social justice," O'Neill said.
"Irrespective of religious, political or social backgrounds, my commitment is to make politics work," she added.
