Everyone in the North to get 100 pound voucher to spend in shops

In the North, applications for a 100 pound voucher for everyone over the age of 18 will open next month.

The initiative is to help shops and businesses recover following the pandemic.

The High Street scheme will be a pre-paid card available to everyone.

Deputy First minister Michelle O'Neill says the vouchers will be a boost for local shops.

Everyone over 18 years of age in the North will be eligible for a £100 voucher to be spent in shops, hospitality & close contact services
