SIPTU members are considering industrial action at Dublin Airport, in a wages dispute.
Workers employed by the daa have declared no confidence in management and have begun preparations for balloting members, in a dispute over what they say is the repeated failure to pay staff wages on time.
SIPTU says thousands of airport staff who were due to be paid on Wednesday didn't receive their wages on time.
Union reps are now consulting members with a view to balloting them for industrial action if the problem isn't rectified.
