Disgraced former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19.
His diagnosis comes just weeks after he was sentenced to 23 years in prison for rape and sexual assault.
Michael Powers, president of the New York State Correctional Officers and Police Benevolent Association, told Reuters that the former movie producer is now under quarantine.
Weinstein's legal team said that they had not been made aware of the positive test.
"Given Mr Weinstein's state of health, we are of course concerned, if this is the case, and we are vigilantly monitoring the situation," said Imran Ansari, one of his lawyers.
68-year-old Weinstein is currently being held at Wende Correctional Facility in upstate New York.
