Orange wind warning extended for western counties on Sunday

Met Eireann has extended it's Status Orange Wind warnings.

Two counties, Wexford and Waterford, face Orange warnings up to 8pm tonight with winds gusting up to 120km/h.

On Sunday an Orange wind warning will affect Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Limerick as Storm Dennis continues to batter the country.

A status Yellow rain and wind warning is in place for the rest of the country at the moment - until 9pm tonight.

Alan O'Reilly, from Carlow weather, says tomorrow could be worse again.
