Gardai would not comment on reports an eight-year-old boy was involved in the incident
Gardaí say they are investigating an incident where a 13-year-old boy was stabbed in Inchicore in Dublin on Friday night.
A 23-year-old man was also injured in the attack at Myra Close.
Detectives say they were wounded after a number of people entered a house at around 6.15pm.
Their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Gardai would not comment on reports an eight-year-old boy was involved in the incident, according to breakingnews.ie.
"This is a protracted investigation involving many strands, no further information is available at this stage," they said.
The investigation is ongoing.
