Now if this isn't the King of all the dream jobs...

What's better at picking you up when you're down than a good hug? Nothing.

Whether you're cold, sad, or you just feel like it, a good hug can make everything okay.

And if you consider yourself an especially good cuddler, this could be your chance to make some cash by using your best attribute.

A UK corporate events company has launched the world's first team building event centred around cuddling co-workers.

And they're looking for 'professional cuddlers' to run the sessions - and it could pay up to £30-an-hour (€33).

The Cuddle a Co-Worker workshops, which are being run by Team Tactics, are designed to promote bonding and stress relief for up to eight hours.

They will encourage stressed co-workers to unwind together by cuddling in a purpose built relaxation tent, which is inspired by Moroccan and Indian relaxation practices.

And there's science behind the idea too, as cuddling is proven to release Serotonin Oxytocin, which can influence social behaviour and emotions.

Tina Benson, managing director at Team Tactics told The Mirror: "Team building is at the centre of our business, and we're always looking for new ways to help employees across the UK become more connected with their colleagues.

"We know it's something completely new and it might not be for everyone, but the science is already there – we're just putting it to the test!"

The sessions, which are for groups of between four and 20 people, start with a talking session where colleagues are asked to discuss negative traits in their colleagues. Before they literally start hugging out their differences.

The professional cuddlers, who will run the sessions, must have experience in a similar role and ideally will have a psychology background or qualification.

Can you image your workplace being booked in for a professional cuddle session?
