The incident happened last night
Gardai are investigating an incident which left a man hospitalised, after he was stabbed in a pub in Tullamore, Co Offaly last night.
The event occurred at a premises on Church Street, Tullamore at approximately 9.20pm on Thursday.
Speaking to the Irish Mirror, a Garda spokesman said: "One man was injured in the incident and was taken to the Midland Regional Hospital in Tullamore where he is being treated for his injuries.
"Investigations are ongoing."
