The lead singer of The Cranberries was found dead in a hotel room in January
An inquest at Westminster Coroner’s Court in London has heard Cranberries front woman Dolores O’Riordan died by drowning due to alcohol intoxication.
The global superstar passed away in January while in a hotel room in London at the age of 46.
The circumstances of her death are being investigated at her inquest that opened today.
Before the inquest was adjourned in January, the court was told “various tests” were being awaited after a postmortem examination, but that police found her death not to be suspicious.
