Looks like hot water bottles and blankets are in order!
Ireland is bracing for a chilly weekend with temperatures set to plunge to as low as 1C, according to the latest forecast from Met Eireann.
The national forecaster said: "This morning will be cloudy and damp over Leinster and Munster with further outbreaks of rain and drizzle, but it will be brighter and drier elsewhere with just the odd shower.
"The rain in the east and south will clear southeastwards later this morning but may linger near southeastern coasts. Turning cooler in the light to moderate northerly breeze with top temperatures reaching just 9C to 11C."
A forecaster revealed it could drop to as low as 2C tonight, with some grass frost, especially in the west and northwest.
And Saturday looks set to be more of the same with chilly daytime conditions and even colder at night.
Met Eireann said: "Saturday will be a cool, sunny and mostly dry day with some scattered showers. Light to moderate north to northwesterly breezes but fresh near coasts. Top temperatures will reach again just 9C to 12C."
