They are building an app that will help everybody to discover and learn about historical sites all over Ireland. It will also be a social platform where people can share local historical information with the wider community.

They were recently invited to join Antler - a startup incubator program in Stockholm, Sweden. They were one of just a handful of projects selected among thousands of applicants from all over Europe.

Louise chatted to Treasa Fitzgibbon about her move from working for a global bank in New York to working as a career coach and strategist in Ireland.

Treasa decided to make the move home after she reconsidered what was important to her in 2018- including family and the outdoors.

She re-evaluated her priorities, and embarked on a journey to see what career aligned with her goals.

She trained as a Transformation Coach and now works helping women achieve their career success.

Louise caught up with Angela Burke, who is a career consultant.

They talked about how to kick start a new career- including the steps that come before finding a new job.

According to Angela, it's not just about re-writing your CV and sending it out.

You firstly need to figure out what you want to change, and pinpoint exactly what needs to change in order for you to reach that goal.

Angela says that realistically it may take time to change your career, and you might need to consider the timeline, networking and salary that comes with changing your job.
