First dates Ireland are recruiting singletons for the next series of the hit show.
Filmed in the Gibson Hotel in Dublin, maître d' Mateo Saina is joined by a new batch of singletons each week.
The tables are set and the candles are lit as the daters hope to find love in the restaurant, with cameras there to capture the whole thing for our viewing pleasure.
In their own words:
"The unobtrusive cameras allow the daters to forget they are being filmed and start bonding... or not! The tables are set, the champagne is on ice, and the doors are ready to open up to welcome in a whole new set of singletons looking for love."
