Russell Brand is due to star in an upcoming episode of Neighbours.
The comedian is apparently a massive fan of the show and was delighted to be invited to Ramsay Street to film some scenes.
April Rose Pengilly, who plays Chloe Brennan confirmed the news on Instagram.
She shared a picture of herself with Russel together saying:
“A hefty ‘thank you’ to @russellbrand for coming and shooting a scene for the show today!"
“I’m a big fan of his work, so was just a lil’ bit excited", she added.
The news comes the same week as his ex-wife Katy Perry announced she's expecting her first child with partner Orlando Bloom.
