Fans of Normal People and Fleabag got a treat last night.

Stars of both series joined forces for a special Comic Relief sketch on RTE One.

The sketch saw Marianne and Connell in either side of a confession box with Andrew Scott aka the hot priest from Fleabag hearing their confessions.

Hilarity ensues.

We won't spoil the ending, but safe to say Paul Mescal can add Boyzone cover singer to his CV.

Between viewer's donations, which the government agreed to match, Comic Relief raised over €5 million for charity.

The entire show is available to stream on RTE Player for the next 7 days.
