The Hub's relationship expert, Sharon Kenny from TheMatchmaker.ie, responds to a listener who messaged in to say she's just found out her engagement ring is fake.
The listener said her boyfriend proposed last month after six years together and she was over the moon.
However, when she went to bring the ring to a jeweller to be resized the man behind the counter said her ring wasn't a diamond but a cubic zirconium.
She was absolutely mortified but her fiance doesn't think it's a big deal.
She now feels she can't trust him anymore.
