As part of iGoHome, Louise visited Galway SPCA where she met Emma and Anita who rescue, rehabilitate and re-home abandoned and abused animals.
She was introduced to greyhounds Diaz and Mr. Magoo and told how they ended up in the sanctuary.
Emma spoke in great detail about the "conveyor belt" of greyhounds who enter the sanctuary, as well as common misconceptions surrounding the gentle and misunderstood breed.
