As we enter another week of Level 5 restrictions it may seem that our mental health is being affected.

On the The Hub mental health special, Louise Clarke opened the conversation of mental health and to break the stigma surrounding it.

She was joined with some well known faces in the wellbeing world including: Pat Divilly, Jen Trzeciak and Dr Ciara Kelly.

Listeners shared their own experience with mental health and how they are coping during these uncertain times.

Pat Divilly is a well known mental health speaker and host of his popular podcast 'The Pat Divilly Podcast'.

Louise spoke to Pat about his experience with mental health during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Jen Trzeciak is an Occupational Therapist and Mental Health Clinical Manager with Jigsaw.

She is involved in the development and delivery of services to support young people online with their mental health.

Louise and Jen spoke about the effect the Covid-19 has had on the mental health of young people around Ireland.
