Recently, iRadio's The Hub has been chatting to experts from around the country about the true impact sexual harassment and sexual violence has on victims, as part of the no excuses campaign.

And just days ago, Ciaran and Rory spoke to Anne Scully, from the Rape Crisis Centre Waterford about the harm that sexual violence has on survivors.

Anne explained the stigma that surrounds sexual violence.

Previoulsy, Louise spoke to Loretta McDonagh from the Mayo Rape Crisis Centre about creating a society that no longer excuses sexual harassment and sexual violence.

Loretta says how the change begins with people having the conversation with their peers- If they see any act of sexual violence they should speak up.
