Legal abortion services became available in January after Ireland voted yes to repeal the 8th Amendment last May.

But a lot of confusion remains over the Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy Bill, with reports that some counties are without services and the operation of rogue abortion counselling agencies.

Mairead Enright, Senior Lecturer in Law at Birmingham Law School and member of Lawyers For Choice, spoke to Louise about the legislation.
