Limerick festival 'Riverfest' has been named the 'Best Event' at this years Event Industry Awards.
The four day festival sees music, entertainment, water activities and food stalls line the streets of Limerick City.
This year's installment broke records, as the festival welcomed more than 120,000 people to the city on the May Bank Holiday.
Riverfest was also awarded the title of 'Best Live Event' beating off competition such as Pope Francis's Visit and the New Years Eve celebrations in Dublin.
Riverfest Limerick will return from the 1st – 4th May 2020.
