What will come as a relief to many Americans and people from around the world, Joe Biden has been confirmed as the next American President, despite supporters of Donald Trump storming the US Capitol building.

US Congress has officially rubber-stamped Joe Biden's election win over Donald Trump.

Tragically, four people died in yesterday's violence - including a 35-year-old woman from San Diego, who was shot by police.

Photos show guns being drawn in the chamber of the House of Representatives, windows being smashed and demonstrators in offices of Congressmen and women.

More than 50 people have been arrested and two pipe bombs were discovered.

Donald Trump Temporarily Banned On Facebook and Twitter

Donald Trump posted a video on Twitter calling on those involved in the rioting to go home which prompted Twitter and Facebook to temporarily suspend his social media accounts.

Trump  also repeated his totally unproven allegations about voter fraud - saying he knows people's pain and that he loves them.
