Have you noticed the change?
A TikTok video, viewed over 95k times is showing apparent discrepancies in Penneys sizes.
Chelsea Farrell, the current Miss Ireland, made a TikTok video in which she compared the sizes between five pairs of Penneys shorts.
All five pairs of the shorts were labelled size 12, with one pair bought last year and the rest more recently.
And it appears a pretty shocking revelation...
Chelsea shows and explains how the most recently bought shorts have a smaller waist line than the ones last year.
And she says this has the potential to make people believe they've gained weight.
Many people in the comments aren't impressed either, with some saying they noticed it too.
