Wedding shaming groups... strange places indeed.

Something we're all very familiar with is an overbearing bride... But something you don't often hear of is a bridesmaid-zilla.

Which is exactly what we have here, courtesy of yet another private spat played out in a public wedding shaming group.

A bride has shamed a member of her own bridal party on facebook for being “snobby” over her bridesmaid dress suggestion The Sun reported.

"Can I shame my bridesmaid for dissing these dress options and being snobby about it?” she said alongside a series of screenshots of their conversations.

“The wedding is at a park in Florida in the US early October, so pretty casual.

“But she wants everyone to wear long dresses because it's 'more wedding appropriate'."

Then the bridesmaid herself jumped in.

But it wasn't until the bridesmaid herself responded to the post that things really kicked off.

She seemingly belongs to the same wedding shaming Facebook group and saw the post directed at her.

"So I'm here to shame myself as my best friend's bridesmaid from hell because I've been on her case about what kind of dresses she wants us to wear for her wedding,” the bridesmaid said.

"She's told me she doesn't care as long as we're comfortable and within her colour scheme.

"Last night I asked for picture references of dresses to go off of."

The bridesmaid didn’t love the bride’s suggestions responding with a curt “longer is more appropriate”.

“We’re not going to a barbeque,” she added.

But all's well that ends well.

Although the pair had a tense face-off about the dresses, it appears that everything has now been sorted out.

"I'll probably just stick to one of the ones you sent," the bridesmaid said.

"I'll send you a picture and buy it."

"Alright, that sounds good. Love you," the bride responded.

"Imagine putting your own friend and bridesmaid on blast in front of thousands of people''.

But other commenters didn’t buy it, with many believing the bridesmaid was right for standing up for herself.

They also thought the bride was out of line for posting the entire thing online.

"Why does the bride think that a difference in opinion in dress length is shameworthy?” one commenter said.

“You can't expect 100 percent agreement on all of the decisions.”

"You literally asked for her opinion and then got mad and shamed her on a group for giving it,” another added.

"Imagine putting your own friend and bridesmaid on blast in front of thousands of people where she can see it," a third added.
