Irish Dancers Will Be Taking Part In The Drogheda St Patrick's Day Parade

Good news for dancers and gymnasts who will be allowed to perform at the St Patrick's Day parade in Drogheda after all, once they keep moving forward. It was reported they would be banned to stop delays in the flow of the parade.

Why Were Dancers And Gymnasts Not Allowed Perform?

Organiser Anthony Lynch says performers cause gaps when they stop to dance and it had been reported that dancers and gymnasts would not be allowed to perform on Sunday in Drogheda Co. Louth over safety concerns.

Parade organisers say the performances have caused long delays in the past leading spectators to think it was over before it was.
