The farm in Wicklow is also offering Zoom chats with the animals.

An alpaca farm in County Wicklow is hosting virtual tours of their farm during the Covid-19 restrictions.

K2 Alpacas had to close their doors to the public but now, they've opened their virtual doors to people via online tours and one-on-one video chats.

They're now offering a package where the animals make an appearance during your online get-together. According to the website, an alpaca will ‘attend’ your online business meeting or make an appearance at your virtual catchup with friends or family. During the chat, you're encouraged to engage with the alpaca, get to know them and ask as many questions as you like.

The virtual session lasts 15 minutes. When you're booking, you simply give them a link to your scheduled Zoom meeting and from there, just enjoy your time getting to know the alpacas.

However, if 15 minutes isn't enough time with the animals, you can do a 25-minute virtual tour of the farm instead. Here, you'll hear all about their stories and experiences, learn more about the alpacas and watch them getting fed.

Prices for the virtual meetings start at €50 and you can get more details over on their website.
