As we hurtle towards the end of the year, Google has released a list of our most popular searches.

Following his Open Championship victory in November, it's no surprise that golfer Shane Lowry takes the top spot. Other popular celebrities included Gay Byrne, boxer Katie Taylor, I'm a Celeb star Caitlyn Jenner and Love Island’s Tommy Fury.
