Pamela Anderson has allegedly been dumped by her iconic movie producer husband Jon Peters after just twelve days of marriage.
What's worse, the movie mogul broke it off by text!
Anderson, 52, got married to Peters in secret in Malibu, California on January 20th, just one month removed from their first date - however, the couple have called it a day after less than a fortnight together.
As reported by US Weekly, the pair only spent five days together as a married couple before the former Baywatch star returned to Canada. In a text obtained by US Weekly, Jon claims he felt "scared (by) this whole marriage thing".
“It made me realize that at 74 I need a simple quiet life and not an international love affair,” he allegedly typed. “Therefore, I think the best thing we can do is that I’m going to go away for a couple of days and maybe you need to go back up to Canada we did it.”
Peters then writes: “The world knows we did it and I think now we need to go our own separate ways. I hope that you can forgive me.”
Reportedly, The A Star Is Born producer then went on to ask Pamela to be in his upcoming film, Private Dancer, before ending his series of breakup texts with: “I love you, Jon. I want to be in your life forever.”
“I forgive you,” she apparently replied, following up with a blowing kiss emoji.
Neither Anderson nor Peters have yet to comment on the breakup directly.
