Saturday mornings were the absolute business growing up.

You'd wake up at the crack of dawn, pour yourself a massive bowl of Coco Pops and plonk yourself in front of the telly for hours on end.

Here are the quality TV shows we binged on back in the day:

Kim Possible

An absolute idol. There was nothing Kim and her hamster/guinea pig thing Rufus couldn't handle.

Pokemon

Ash. Misty and Brock created an absolute phenomenon with Pokémon. Did they ever catch em all? We'll never know...

Ed Edd N' Eddy

This was pure 90s silliness at its best. Can we tell the difference between the three? Absolutely not but luckily, it wasn't pivotal to the storylines.

Animaniacs

The theme tune to this along brings back all the feels. The Warner Brothers caused absolute mayhem and we were glued to it.

Rugrats

A programme about babies taking matters into their own hands. Who else wanted a Reptar?

Recess

A bunch of misfits running havoc in school? Recess was a programme we related with on a spiritual level.

Bear in the Big Blue House

Now this one was an absolute rollercoaster. Tutter, Ojo, Treelo and co were absolute lunatics and then who can forget Luna's little song at the end? Absolute belter.

Bananas in Pyjamas

Nobody really questioned why these grown-ass bananas were still in their pyjamas in the middle of the day. Nor did we question their need to chase teddy bears. We just let them be.

Looney Toons

The OG of Saturday cartoons. Bugs Bunny, Tweety and Porky Pig are actual ICONS.

Hey Arnold

Now Arnold and his pals were just too cool for scool. All together now...
