Hardy Bucks on A Hardy Trek.

Three Bucks Left could be called a splinter group of the cult-followed Hardy Bucks. Its members include Salmon, FrenchToast (Peter Cassidy) and Cowboy Lavin (Stephen Kelly)

In Spring 2016, Cowboy Lavin (Stephen Kelly) was at home one evening with his friends when he collapsed from what was a bleed on his brain.

Stephen was rushed from Castlebar to the National Neurosurgical Centre in Beaumont Hospital. The surgeon, Mr Danny Rawluk, rang Stephen's Mother who was following behind the ambulance to ask her for permission to operate. She said, "I'll be there in fifteen minutes". He said, "You may be here in 15 minutes but he may not unless I operate immediately".

The operation went ahead and thankfully it was a success. Stephen was operated on one Sunday morning and was awake by the next evening.

To thank the hospital for saving his life between April 19th and 21st 2019, Stephen, Peter Cassidy (French Toast) and a small group of close friends are going to undertake the "ON THE ROCKY ROAD AGAIN" challenge.

They are going to run/jog/walk the 240km from Beaumont to Castlebar Mayo over a gruelling 3 day period. And they hope to raise €30k

They will also perform 2 Gigs as part of the fundraising efforts in Mayo and in Dublin
