They were spotted by two women who say they saw the engagement happen in a restaurant in the Bahamas. Diners were reportedly told by Justin's security to put their phones away moments before JB got down on one knee.
Justin and Hailey have been seeing each other for just over a month, but they have history. They've reportedly dated in the past and they reunited shortly after Justin split with Selena.
Justin's dad, Jeremy, posted a photo of Justin on his Instagram today with the caption, "@justinbieber proud is an understatement! Excited for the next chapter!"
