Bank of Ireland has warned customers that fraudsters have been cold calling customers in an attempt to scam them.
The bank posted this on twitter:
**Fraud Alert** A fraudster is calling customers impersonating BOI staff members. Never disclose full passwords/confidential bank details. If you receive a call check it’s a genuine BOI staff member by contacting us through DM here or email us at [email protected] #fraudsmart
