The Sun report that according to a witness, she was barefoot and put her legs into the fountain and started shaving. What's worse is at one point she even cut herself and started cleaning off the bloody razor in the fountain.
After she finished she walked off and not too long after people were back to drinking out of the fountain!
Hey, maybe she was just getting ready for a last minute date?
