"It's very good when you're working hard in class."

A group of primary school children have invented mindfulness pillows to encourage stressed out pupils and workers take five minutes out of their day.

Sixth class students at St Brendan's National School in Skerries, Co Dublin designed 'Chillows' as part of the Junior Entrepreneur Programme.

The handmade, scented pillows come in blue and pink, colours which are proven to help you relax.

The pupils also created a soundtrack you listen to when you put your head down on the Chillow for five to ten minutes.

The Junior Entrepreneur Programme is a entrepreneurial awareness and skills enhancement programme for primary school children.
