A Mother in Ohio said she will stand in as a Mam at same-sex weddings if the real Mam refuses to come.
Sarah Cunningham is an ordained minister and an advocate for the LGBTQ community. After finding out her son was gay, she began fighting against "fear and ignorance."
She has officiated many same-sex weddings. Last Friday, Cunningham posted on Facebook, "PSA - If you need a mom to attend your same-sex wedding because your biological mom won't. Call me. I'm there. I'll be your biggest fan. I'll even bring the bubbles."
The post has been shared thousands of times and the reaction has been overwhelmingly positive.
