
The orange alert has been extended for North West coastal counties.
Met Eireann's orange alert for Donegal, Galway, Mayo, Sligo and Clare will remain in place until 5pm this evening.
Strong winds continue to batter the coastal counties, as Storm Callum passes Ireland.
The amber warning for Cork, Kerry, Dublin, Louth, Wexford, Wicklow, Meath and Waterford finished at 9am.
Along with the yellow alert for Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Offaly, Westmeath, Cavan, Monaghan, Leitrim, Roscommon, Limerick, Tipperary.
Met Eireann said: “Strong winds will continue for this morning with warnings for Storm Callum remaining in place until 5 pm for northwestern coastal areas.''

30,000 without power.
Meanwhile, 30,000 people are without power so far due to damaged power lines.

ESB crews are working to restore power to all affected homes and businesses.
