More people call in sick to work on the first Monday in February than any other day of the year.
Traffic was light on the way into work this morning. Strange how 14 million people are sick on the same day...hmm. #SuperSickMonday

It's National Sickie Day: this is due to a number of factors, including it being the first post-Christmas payday weekend, the end of dry January, and the day after the Super Bowl.
According to a survey by The Workforce Institute at Kronos and Mucinex, at least 14 million Americans planned on skipping work today.
#SuperSickMonday is real. My hour commute was just 30 minutes today. pic.twitter.com/StF8WvP3Fv
