Love is in the air this week and where better to cuddle up with someone nice that Galway city centre!

Yes with Valentine's Day tomorrow (yes lads TOMORROW - you still have time to run out and get herself some nice perfume) the guys at 44 Club in Galway want to break a world record for the most 'shifts' in one place.

They describe the event as:

Shifting World Record Attempt at FourFour - Messy Shtyle
Black Monday currently stand in third place for facilitating the most shifts of all in Ireland, just behind Coppers and The Local GAA Disco. With that in mind we've decide to catch up with the lads a bit and put on a shifting world record attempt on February 13th (Valentines Eve for all you that need a gentle reminding...)
So... At exactly midnight (AKA 12.00AM - AKA the start of Valentines Day) our lovely DJ will do a countdown NYE style and at midnight everyone needs to have a shift lined up (whether you're single or have a lady/fella).

On top of that we'll have the following as usual:

- DJ Bishwap & our very own DJ Graham Doc
- Immense craic
- Tashtey lads & ladies
- All Welcome
- That bloody brilliant Black Monday atmosphere

You can check out the event page on Facebook >HERE<

We like the line 'you NEED to have a shift lined up'.... enjoy if you're heading tonight, although we have a feeling there maybe an increase in cold sores/hickeys/glandular fever in Galway tomorrow!
