Boeing are behind the notion, and if it comes to life it would mean the plane would travel earth in one to three hours.

At the moment the ideas are only that; an idea... Boeing haven't made an official anouncement regarding the venture.
For now, let's just be excited that this could made travelling a whole lot less stressful, if it comes to life.
