According to the Women of reddit, it's time to roll up your sleeves lads!
Ah Reddit... Such a useful 21st century tool.
It has provided both sexes with a platform to air their grievances with the opposite gender.
And this time, Women felt it was about time they provided some fashion tips for Men to follow.
So without any delay, here they are: (Lads, take note)
Your clothes should fit your body
“In my opinion, it's more important that clothing fits really well than be a particular style,” answered srhizbth731.
“That's what's really going to make you look fantastic. What I objectively think looks great is either a well tailored suit or the classic ‘fitted button-up with the sleeves rolled up’ thing.”
Don’t let your trousers fall down
steingrrrl said: “Wear belt! And if you're wearing a black belt, match it with black shoes, and the same rule applies to brown.”
A good basic tee goes a long way
From ciabella88: “I love when a guy wears a nice fitting basic tee, does it for me every time.”
Get some nicer outerwear that’s not your old puffy jacket
From allthebacon_and_eggs: “Guys in sexy, cozy winter coats. Peacoats are a winner for me and immediately make me want to snuggle up.”
Keep wearing your henley
Yespotatoes thinks that “a form-fitting henley with the top button unbuttoned,” does the trick.
Your shoes and accessories are as important as the rest of your clothes
“Well fitting chinos, nice shirt-tucked in, sleeves rolled towards the elbows. Showing a very nice wrist watch,” blacchic wrote. “Suede/leather Chukka boots. Makes me weak at the knees-always.”
Make sure to roll up your sleeves
Even guys weighed in on what women said they liked about their outfits. “My wife said one of the times she was the most turned on is when she was watching me fix a light switch in the bathroom,” Spider-Ian wrote.
“I was wearing jeans, white t-shirt and flannel with rolled up sleeves. She later confessed the rolled up sleeves are sexy because it looks like we mean business.”
There you go lads, a few handy tips for you to follow! Thank us later...
