This summer's full of festivals and concerts, so you'll need to do your best to stand the test of time..

With festival season in full swing, there'll be plenty of people googling 'hangover tips' the morning after the night before.
Whether you're at a 3-day festival or going to two concerts in a row, you'll need to brush up on the recovery strategy.
Wellness coach Casey McCune spoke to Magnetic Mag last month and gave 7 survival tips for recovering quickly.
Bear in mind, that this is just a guide and iRadio has not personally tested all seven steps..
1 - Eat Something Healthy
It's the last thing we want to do after a heavy night but fresh fruits and vegetables give a quick release of energy. Whether that's a juice or smoothie, it'll aid recovery faster according to McCune.
2 - Take Vitamins And Supplements
This will help replenish the vitamins and nutrients that were depleted over the weekend. Vitamin C and D are important ones, says McClune, but any will be beneficial, especially for brain health.
3 - Relax, Take It Easy
This might be the easiest step of the lot. If you're tired and exhausted, the wellness expert recommends resting and carrying out some 'rejuvinating' activites like going for a short walk or getting a massage.

4 - Do Something Fun And Creative
What about something to stimulate the brain? Distracting yourself can only be a good thing, whether it's a kick about with friends, painting or a bit of singing. It could help with brain function according to McCune.
5 - Keep The Tunes Playing
If you've spent all night listening to the tunes, keep them going! Music has healing and health properties that can uplift moods and prevent you from falling too low. So tunes and more tunes.
6 - Do Breathing Exercises
If you want to channel your inner guru, breathing exercises can do wonders according to the wellness coach. Meditation helps to process thoughts, feelings and emotions after a heavy weekend.
7 - Be Kind To Someone
Possibly the most rewarding step, do something nice for a friend, a companion or even a stranger. Spreading joy and positivity can boost your mood and serotonin levels. Buy someone a pint sure.
