Two in five pet owners in the UK are spotting worrying signs their dog's become more anxious since restrictions eased in April.
And according to research from More Than, puppies bought during lockdown are more likely to be distressed.
It's because our routines are changing - including people going back to work.
Animal behaviourist Karen Wild says the signs of anxiety are obvious.
They'll quite often yawn, narrow their eyes and stiffen up their bodies a bit.
Other signs include their ears going back or flat against their head - but Karen says at least these signs are obvious and allow us to begin to help them.
