Let's just get through it!
Today is considered #BlueMonday - the most miserable day of the year.

Anyone feeling down is being urged to get out in the daylight and be kinder to themselves this 'Blue Monday'.The third Monday of January today, has been considered the most depressing day of the year.
However, Clincial Psychotherapist Stephen Regan says there's no science to back 'Blue Monday'.
She says Seasonal Affective Disorder is a reality though and things like light boxes are very effective.
However people on social media today seem determined not to let Blue Monday get you down, and they've been taking to Twitter to share some good vibes.

If the singing Lab hasn't done it, perhaps these bickering donkeys will:

Or maybe a bunch of cute kittens?
It’s #BlueMonday but we all know cats are good for mental health so let’s see your favourite cat photos. Here are some of ours ???? #CatsOfTwitter pic.twitter.com/cnl2mNCBHe

On a serious note, if you are struggling today, know that there's always someone you can talk to.
