In case you're struggling to deal with all that chocolate

Cadbury has created new packaging, to allow people to easily reseal the bar so they don't eat it all in one sitting.
The confectionery company has released new "memory technology" so chocoholics can lock the wrapper by giving it a twist.
It's to encourage people to have healthier snacking habits.
The new packaging will be first rolled out for duo bars - including Boost, Double Decker, Dairy Milk and Wispa.
Brand chief Kelly Lawrence told the Daily Mail: ‘We want Cadbury fans to be able to snack in a more mindful way, and we are excited to see what they think of this new product.’
The company also recently raised eyebrows, announcing their chocolate bars were set to shrink but stay at the same price.
Wispa has become the latest bar to shrink down in size, in an effort by Cadburys to keep bars below 200 calories.
The treat is seven percent smaller than its previous size and is still being sold at the same price.
In 2020, the brand cut the size of four popular bars – Curly Wurlys, Fudge Bars and Chomps.
