But where did the inspiration for this new Jambon flavour come from?
Well, you may remember last year when Owen Colgan won the position of Golden Bake’s Head Jambon Taster.
He came up with the legendary idea of Chicken Curry jambons, and it was a clear combination for the nation when McDonnells, Ireland’s favourite curry sauce, was brought on board.
I mean, what could be better than a mash-up of Ireland’s favourite comfort food and Ireland’s favourite curry sauce??
For those who don't know, Golden Bake are a frozen bakery company based in Dublin and they've been producing a wide range of sweet, savoury and unfilled puff pastry products for over 30 years.

While McDonnells, Ireland’s favourite Curry Sauce, have been making our tummies happy with delicious curry sauce also for 30 years.
With these two Irish legends teaming up together, they are changing the game when it comes to Jambon goodness.
