If you have a few last minute bits of shopping to do, you better get to it

Thursday's expected to be the busiest day for Christmas shopping this year.
Maybe you've been procrastinating, maybe you've just completely forgotten about someone - but as the day before Christmas Eve, no doubt hundreds of people will come to the sudden realisation that they should've started weeks ago.
And there'll be such a frenzy to get last minute gifts, that AIB says it expects seven million euro an hour to be spent on the 23rd
The bank says shoppers in Cork, Dublin, Tipperary and Limerick will spend the most, averaging a combined 27 million a day in the run up to the 25th.
There is a positive side to your 11th hour antics though, at least you'll be supporting your local businesses!
